In the lead-up to the consumer launch of Windows Vista, HP unveiled its new range of PCs designed for the OS, which included the "walk-up" TouchSmart PC and the tablet-like tx1000.
CNET.com.au attended the event, which included in-depth sessions with designers of the new range and even a representative from Microsoft -- Kenneth Lundin, general manager of the Windows business group in Asia Pacific.

Touch was the theme of the event, and apart from the touch navigation features of the two flagship PCs, HP demonstrated that aesthetics and ergonomics were to be a greater focus across the board.

i have bought the hp 7630 uk , this is now my second computer in less than a month , this is now playing up by switching itself off when it feels like it , the service from hp uk stinks , if they treat their customers like this then i am afraid i will not purchase another product of them , they do have a helpline to assist you , but it is in india and unfortunately there is a language barrier , come on hp treat your customers with respect or you will have no business left .
